Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Chem-Clean Mobile Power Wash Inc., a power washing company in Front Royal, Virginia. You can reach us at 540-514-5916 or bryan@ccpowerwash.com.

When you send the quote form, we get what you type into it:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• the address of the job;
• your email address, if you give one (it's optional);
• what needs washing.

Along with the form, we record the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string (which names the browser and device type), and the time it arrived.

If you only read the site, we don't store anything about you. Two things still happen when a page loads. Cloudflare handles your IP address to serve the site. And on pages with the quote form (the contact page and the town pages), Cloudflare Turnstile loads as soon as the page opens and receives your IP address, whether or not you send the form.

We use it to reply to you and to price your job. That's all. We don't put you on a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

A few services help run the site and get your request to us:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores each quote request in its D1 database. Like any web host, it handles your IP address to deliver the pages to you.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person and not a bot. It loads on the pages with the quote form and receives your IP address when the page opens, even if you never send the form. We don't store your IP address.
• Resend: we may also email your request to us at bryan@ccpowerwash.com, sent through Resend.
• Pushover: we may send a notification of your request to the owner's phone through Pushover, so we can call you back quickly. It includes your name, phone, job address, email if given, and what needs washing.
• Facebook: the customer video on our home page is hosted on Facebook. Nothing loads from Facebook until you click the video. Once you do, Facebook's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.

We don't use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Turnstile may set what it needs to run its check on the pages with the quote form.

The copy of your quote request saved in our database is deleted automatically 2 years after it's sent. If a copy of your request is emailed to us or sent to a phone, that copy isn't deleted on that schedule.

To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, email bryan@ccpowerwash.com or call 540-514-5916. We'll answer within 45 days.

This site isn't directed at children under 13.

If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
