House washing and soft washing
Algae and mildew grow wherever the sun doesn't reach: the north wall, the side facing the woods, under the eaves, and below any gutter that drips. They show up as green streaks, black specks, and a gray film that dulls the color of the siding.
We wash vinyl, brick, stucco, fiber cement, painted wood, aluminum, and log siding, and each one gets the method it can take. Too much pressure cracks vinyl, forces water in behind it, and roughs up log siding, so most houses are soft washed and only the hardest surfaces see high pressure. Brick isn't one of them. On brick, we start at 100 psi with a wide fan tip and keep it at 400 psi or less.
You don't need to be home. We bring our own water, and we'll use your outside spigot if you have one.
